It has obvious advantages of high efficiency, good anti blocking performance, no leakage during operation, convenient installation and maintenance, and is widely used in the transportation of pulp media in paper making and pulp making enterprises. Structural features:

1. The pump is a rear door opening structure, so it is unnecessary to disassemble the pipeline during maintenance.

2. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed according to the pressure of 1.6MPa.

3. The impeller adopts three blades (or six blades), open impeller, which has high efficiency and does not require axial thrust compensation, is easy to maintain, and has low blockage opportunities.

4. The pump shaft is supported by the combination of imported SKF cylindrical roller bearing and radial thrust ball bearing (angular contact ball bearing) lubricated with oil, heavy-duty and wear-resistant. The cylindrical roller bearing is installed at the pump end, and the radial thrust ball bearing is installed face to face at the rotating end.

5. Shaft seals mainly include pumping ring plus single end mechanical seal, packing seal, single end mechanical seal, tandem mechanical seal, double end mechanical seal, combined seal of pumping ring and single end mechanical seal, and dynamic seal, which can be selected by users according to requirements and actual operating conditions

6. The impeller is made of wax loss precision casting and its dynamic balance is checked

7. Materials include cast iron, cast steel, ordinary stainless steel and duplex stainless steel
