The inner pipe close to the feed pipe is provided with a discharge port, and several spiral blades far from the feed pipe are provided with separation channels, The lower part of the small end of the drum shell is provided with a slag phase outlet, and the large end cover is provided with a light phase outlet. The large end cover is fixedly connected with the drum shell. The drum and the screw conveyor are controlled by the differential speed. During operation, the suspension to be separated is continuously transported to the hollow inner tube of the screw conveyor through the feed pipe, and enters between the high-speed rotating drum shell and the inner tube through the discharge port of the screw conveyor. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid particles rapidly settle on the inner wall of the drum, the drum and the screw conveyor rotate in the same direction at a differential speed, and the screw conveyor pushes the solid particle sediment to the drying area at the small end of the drum, After the two-way extrusion by the thrust of the screw conveyor and the centrifugal force of the sediment, the sediment is further squeezed and dehydrated, and then discharged from the slag phase outlet at the small end of the rotary drum. The separated clear liquid moves to the light phase outlet through the separation channel, and finally discharged from the light phase outlet. Small solid particles are difficult to be separated and will be discharged together with the light phase, resulting in high solid content of the light phase. Under the action of the huge centrifugal force field, the initial clear liquid entering the disc system will quickly separate from the liquid phase, settle on the inner wall of the drum of the horizontal screw centrifuge, and then discharge the drum through the screw conveyor, The disc group can reduce the settling distance and increase the settling area, and at the same time, it can improve the settling speed, so that small solid particles can be separated quickly. After separation by the disc system, the content of micro solid particles in the liquid is greatly reduced, so the final clear liquid with higher purity can be obtained, and the filtration treatment of micro solid particles is not required in the subsequent process. By integrating the existing horizontal screw centrifuge and disc system, the beneficial effect of simplifying the two processes of large particle solid and small particle solid separation into one process is realized. It has the advantages of increasing the centrifugal capacity of the centrifuge, reducing the space occupied by multiple processing machines, low cost, and saving production and operation costs.
