When the existing internal gear pump conveys materials with high viscosity or poor fluidity such as chocolate, corn syrup, thermosetting resin, etc., the materials that leak into the back cavity, seal and gap are easy to stagnate or solidify, so that the operation of the internal gear pump is affected or even stopped; In addition, the stagnation or solidification of materials will increase the pressure in the back cavity and further increase the pressure in the sealing cavity connected with the back cavity. Under the action of high pressure, the materials in the sealing cavity will leak from the mechanical seal assembly and the seal cover, making the seal of the pump body invalid.
