进口高扬程旋涡泵Installation of imported high lift vortex pump

1. The valve shall not bear the weight of inlet and outlet pipelines during installation. The suction line should be as short and straight as possible.

2. Check the concentricity and skew of pump shaft and motor shaft after installation. For the concentricity inspection method, a ruler can be used to check the outermost circle of the two coupling devices connected with each other, and the concentricity shall not exceed 0.1mm; for skew inspection, a caliper can be used to check the difference between the end faces of the two coupling devices along the circumference, and the difference shall not exceed 0.3mm on the whole circumference.

1. Remove the pump cover.

2. Use the screw hole on the impeller to remove the impeller and remove the key on the shaft.

3. Remove the pump body, remove the packing gland (if the sealing part is a mechanical seal, first remove the nut of the single end South sealing end, and then remove the pump body.

4. In case of mechanical seal, before removing the mechanical seal, remove the set screw and then remove it together with the end cover of single face seal.

5. Remove the coupling.

7. The assembly sequence is the reverse of the disassembly sequence, but note that the paper pad should be used to adjust the axial clearance between the impeller and the pump body and the pump

3、 Start and stop of high lift vortex pump

1. For the split pump, first check whether there is calcium base grease in the bearing body. If the storage time is too long, open the bearing end cover to check whether it has deteriorated. If it has deteriorated, replace the oil again before starting.

2. Rotate the coupling (for direct coupled pump, remove the motor fan blade and then rotate the fan blade) After confirming that the rotor components rotate easily and uniformly, check the levelness of the unit with a level gauge, and properly tighten the connecting nuts with the foundation after leveling.

3. Measure the insulation strength of the motor If it is 5mq low, the motor may be damp or damaged. If the motor is only affected with damp, it can drive the damp by itself after the motor has been running for a period of time. Otherwise, the motor must be repaired or replaced to avoid damage to the pump due to poor operation.

4. Test start: the point motor adjusts the motor direction to meet the requirements.

5. Open the valve of suction pipeline to introduce liquid into the pump body. If the installation position of the pump is higher than the horizontal position, a bottom valve can be installed at the suction pipe end to close and fill the pump shell with the pumped liquid before starting (the remaining liquid in the pump shell does not need to be refilled after the first start-up of the pump with a short suction path).

6. Open the valve of the press out line, start the motor, open the pressure gauge, adjust the valve on the press out line, and adjust the reading of the pressure gauge to the appropriate value. Never allow the pump to work when the valve is closed] or the flow is very small.
