派克电磁阀VS210A06VG15压力为P1的压缩空气，由左端输入经阀口节流后，压力降为P2输出。P2的大小可由主调压弹簧进行调节。拉起并顺时针旋转主调压旋钮，主调压弹簧被压缩，推动膜片组合和调压柱下移，推动阀芯，增大阀口开度使P2增大。出口压力气体经反馈导管进入膜片室，在膜片组合上产生一个向上推力。当此推力与主调压弹簧力平衡时，出口压力便稳定在一定值。若反时针旋转主调压旋钮，阀口的开度减小，P2随之减小。
若进口压力不变，输出流量变化，使出口压力P2发生波动（增高或降低）时，依靠溢流孔的溢流作用和膜片组合上力的平衡作用推动调压柱8上下移动，仍能起到稳压作用
当输出流量为零时，出口压力经过反馈导管进入膜片室，推动膜片组合上移，调压柱在复位弹簧1的推动下上移，阀口关闭，保证出口压力恒定。当输出流量很大时，高速气流使反馈导管2处产生负压，吸出膜片室内的部分气体使膜片室压力下降，阀口开度加大，仍然可以保持膜片上的力平衡。
