进口高精度3叶螺旋转子泵-巴赫BACH品牌
凸轮转子泵是一种容积式的泵，简单解释，输送介质依靠大气压的压力差，并且介质不与泵体内壁接触，可以满足需要高压力，高粘度，强自吸的工艺需求，我们专业名词叫做工况需求。

在石油石化行业，处理污油类介质，我们选择氟橡胶；处理甲醇，我们选择三元乙丙胶
在化工行业，处理溶液，我们选择304L或者316L不锈钢
特别的，需要防泄漏，我们还需要配备机械密封
高精度3叶螺旋转子泵日常维护方法：
1、转子泵的高压液柱由于突然停电迅猛倒灌，冲击在转子泵出口单向阀阀板上。处理方法是对转子泵的不合理排出系统的管道、管道附件的布置进行改造。
2、转子泵的出口管道的阀门关闭过快。处理方法是慢慢关闭阀门。
3、输送介质传到转子泵的泵盖和轴承上的热量，由转子泵的泵盖和轴承座的表面散热，使轴承座的温度适应于轴密封性能的温度。因此选择转子泵的安装位置时，要使高温油泵盖和轴承座的热量便于扩散，不出现任何蓄热现象。
4、由于突然停电，造成转子泵系统压力波动，出现排出系统负压，溶于液体中的气泡逸出使转子泵或管道内存在气体。处理方法是将气体排净。
5、转子泵的停机：切断电源。将内液体放空，清洗且应定期把转子旋转180度，以防止轴变形，直到转子泵完全冷却为止
