概述
该泵结构设计严谨，材质采用能耐260°C的美国社邦PFA材料，密封设计为双密封、水冷却、双保险结构，密封结构合理，材质选用300°C温度下不变形不开裂的SIC，O形圈采用全氟塑料，在250°C强腐蚀的条件下不变形。
二、材料对比
PFA四氟乙烯——全氟烷氧基乙烯基醚共聚物，又：过氟烷基化物，可溶性聚四氟乙烯，英文名：Poiyfluo-roalkoxy。
物料性比，PFA为少量全氟丙基全氟乙烯基醚与聚四氟乙烯的共聚物，溶粘结性强，溶体粘度下降，而性能与聚四氟乙烯相比无变化。
长期使用温度-80°C~260°C，有的耐化学腐蚀性，对所有化学品都耐腐蚀，摩擦系数在塑料中低，享有“塑料王”之称。
热膨胀系数低于PTFE1/2，耐温度超过FEP80°C。
模压成型率PTFE只能冷压成型，不能根据工件要求任意制作，而PFA为热塑料，可随模具任意成形。
