选用注意事项：
在用于高粘度流体的搅拌时，随流体粘度的增高，罐内的流动减少，由传动装置传入的能量作为叶轮和流体的摩擦(剪切)消耗掉的比例增大。从搅拌效果看，在叶片近旁有液体的交换，然而在轴的附近则存在几乎不起搅拌作用的部分，使用变形框式叶轮(在框式上增加斜叶横梁或立叶)，可视情况改善，然而仍不能全部解决问题。要使高黏度流体完全流动非要用螺带式叶轮那样具有强制液体进行挤出流动的叶轮然而，与螺带式叶轮相比，锚式叶轮的价格低，在叶径和转速相同时，锚框式搅拌器仅为螺带的2/3，因此对那些不特别强调混合效果的场合，往往选用锚式叶轮。
