泥浆泵，具有体积小、重量轻、结构简单、维修方便、节能幅度大等优点。分注水型、油封型和机械密封型三种，过流部件采用普通耐磨、中等耐磨、高抗磨材料。主要用于砂场、河道清淤工程中土方输送增压系统，以及工业、矿山、国防建设的基础施工钻机的配套产品，适用于输送温度在60℃以下的带有大颗粒泥沙或其它悬浮物液体。输送浓度不大于60%（按重量计算）。

启动与停泵前后的检查：

1、经常检查油标的油位，须保持在高与低油位之间。
2、运转过程中，如发现异常声响，须立即停车检查原因。
3、泵每运转1000小时后应进行如期检查，及时更换零部件。
4、注意轴承温度，温升一般不能超过65℃，高温度应在75℃以内。
