产品描述：
进口耐磨式液下泵是单级单吸离心泵，主要用于各行业输送含有固体颗粒（包括结晶介质）的渣浆，污泥、粉煤灰和各种废水。

设计特点：
●高效节能，与其他同类产品相比，效率提高10-15%
 
●震动小，寿命长。由于采用组合式中间管轴结构，解决了长轴液下泵长期不能克服的震动难题。在正常操作使用的情况下，检修周期达一年以上，平均寿命高于原同类产品的一倍以上。
 
●杂质通过你能力强。能输送浓度较高（重量浓度达70%），固体颗粒较大（最大颗粒直径可达38mm）杂质硬度HRC≤55的污泥，渣浆、粉煤灰水、污水或废水等。
 
●结构简单合理。零件互换性高，维修方便。
 
●中间滑动轴承无须冷却液。国内外同类长轴液下泵一般都需外供或内供冷却中间滑动轴承，而本结构采用了进口中间滑动轴承，不需冷却液却，使用十分方便。并且解决了由于长轴液下泵因阶段性缺冷却液造成中间滑动轴承烧坏导致震动的难题。
 
●中间管轴组合式结构。根据伸入长度不同，中间管轴可由数量不等的组合体组成。每一节为一个组合体，节与节可互换。此种结构形式具有以下优点：
 
        便于运输。泵长度超过3m时可拆卸运输，现场组装。减少运输过程中造成的弯曲现象和超长时的运输包装费用。
 
       便于维修安装。在使用过程中如某一节损坏，只需更换此节，不需全部拆卸维修，大大缩短了维修时间且维修方便。
 
       机动性大。如需加长或缩伸入长度，只需增加或减少组合体即可达到目的。
 
       轴封采用防沙盘加特种耐磨机械密封的密封形式，密封可靠且确保了泵的使用寿命。
 
       在机械密封室中，可选本公司生产的高灵敏感漏水检测传感器，以检测机械密封漏水情况。
