4、如果泵体是整体压铸，并且使用了防震安装脚座，那么它对安装基础的要求也是很低的，甚至可以不用固定脚座即可正常运转，非常的方便，也非常的节省安装费用和安装周期；
5、相对到其它类型的风机，比如全风高压风机，其运转的噪音相对较低，功率越大越明显，5.5KW以上就会显示出来； 6、免维护使用；它的损耗件仅仅是两个轴承，在质保期之内，基本上不需要维护；
注意事项
1、风机在使用中会可能会产生高温，应避免碰触外壳，防止烫伤。
2、马达负载电流会随风机之使用空气压力变化而变化。配线时应装置适用该机种之过负载保护开关，并在额定满载电流下使用，以避免马达烧毁。
3、风机连续运转的适用范围请参考目录上之风量——静压曲线图，并在曲线范围内使用，切勿超过适用范围。若使用时必须接近封闭压力，则zui好在管路中设置压力释放阀，当使用管路关闭时，压力释放阀会自动打开，调节空气进出，以确保风机之寿命，若在管路封闭下运转，风机的温度会急剧上升，此时应避免持续运转，否则可能会发生变形或损坏。当使用的空气若为间歇性运转时，zui好使用空气阀切换方式运作。
4、硬质物体、尘袋粉粒体、纤维及水滴应在风机进入风机前除去，可用集尘袋方式处理，若在管道中安装过滤器，为避免降压损失，请使用大面积过滤器，并定时清理过滤器中之污染物。
5、应定期清理风机内部及外部，除去表面灰尘。若大量累积灰尘，散热效果将变差，可能造成温度上升，风量减少，振动增加，最终引发故障。
6、轴承、油封及消声器等属于消耗品，故有一定寿命，需定期更换。同时叶片、外壳、金属网等也须依使用环境（主要是腐蚀性空气流、气液混合物等）而定期更换。
7、在使用中若运转不顺或有不正常噪音出现，请关闭电源检修或致电。
