机械工作原理： 
现代造纸设备趋向连续化、综合性和优质高效，我公司引进日本技术研究开发的ZWC型多功能高效精浆除砂机，集打浆、疏解、除砂于一体，具有一机多用的功能，它不同于传统的单、双圆盘磨浆机和槽式打浆机那样利用飞刀和底刀的磨擦力来分解纤维，而是靠转子高速旋转产生的离心力和除尘锥帽产生的冲击波，这种新式打浆作用进行高效分解和除去杂质，浆料从机器入口到出口的流动中受离心力和冲击波装置的反复作用将纤维疏解，并且能从纸浆中分离各种杂质和金属钉等，因此是处理各种废纸和稻麦草浆的新型浆处理设备，是国内同类产品是无法比拟的。
 
二、特殊功能
 
1、完全疏解浆料，纤维不受任何损坏，高效的除去大量杂质。
2、使金属、杂质不漏到定子和转子中间去，延长疏解刀的寿命。
3、节电效果明显，吨绝干浆耗电不超过30kwh。
4、用稻麦草浆生产22g/m2以上的纸张，不需再用传统的槽式打浆机和双盘磨浆机。
5、水力碎浆机用该机处理各种废纸，不需再经任何打浆设备，可送抄纸机直接抄纸。
6、可替代各种疏解机、盘磨机、高浓除砂器，或减少其设备台数。
7.设备有不可调式和可调式，用户可依据情况选择。

原流程：麦草浆挤浆→振框筛→侧压浓缩机→贮浆池→漂白→贮浆池→Φ380双盘磨浆机→贮浆池→抄纸
新流程：麦草浆挤浆→振框筛→高效精浆除砂机→侧压浓缩机→贮浆池→漂白→贮浆池→抄纸
对比：省掉一台Φ380双盘磨浆机，解决了打浆不匀和纸页上的黄尘埃，提高成纸质量。
2、卫生纸
原流程：全白废纸→槽式打浆机→浆池→抄纸（D级和E级卫生纸）
新流程：全白废纸→水力碎浆机→浆池→高效精浆除砂机→抄纸
(生产16－18g/m2压花餐巾纸和香巾纸原纸)
